Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Because our services are customised to individual requirements, refunds are limited to the specific scenarios described below. There are no automatic or blanket refunds once project work has commenced.

2. Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any design, development or campaign work has started, any advance payment made may be refunded in full, less any non-refundable third-party charges already incurred (such as domain registration or ad platform setup fees).

3. After Work Has Begun

• Once design or development work has begun, the advance/deposit is non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled midway, fees are payable for all completed work, and any balance may be adjusted accordingly.
• Live projects that have been deployed, or software that has been delivered, are non-refundable.

4. Digital Marketing / Ads

Fees for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns include management charges and budget spent on advertising platforms. Amounts spent on ad platforms are non-refundable. Unused management fees may be refunded only within the timeframe agreed in your service agreement.

5. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain name registration and renewals.
• Hosting and third-party subscription fees.
• Ad spend (budget) paid to Google or Meta.
• Express delivery or rush charges.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with our work. If an approved deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, we will fix it at no additional cost through the included revision rounds. This is our preferred remedy over refunds.

7. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at info@actwebspace.com or call +91 84475 25204 with your project details. Each request is reviewed on its merits. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
