1. Services

ACT Web Space provides website design, website development, custom software development and digital marketing services (including Google Ads and Meta Ads). The exact scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in a written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties before commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information and content required for the project.
• Respond promptly to feedback and approval requests to avoid delays.
• Ensure you have the legal right to any content, images or materials supplied to us.
• Maintain domain, hosting and third-party accounts related to your project.

3. Payments

• Payment terms are agreed in advance and may require an advance deposit before work begins.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Work deliverables are released upon receipt of cleared payment.
• Taxes, if any, will be charged in addition to quoted fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (such as website and software code) transfers to the client, except for third-party components, licensed software and frameworks that remain under their respective owners. ACT Web Space may display the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in the project cost is stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

6. Third-Party Services & Ads

For advertising services (Google Ads, Meta Ads), all campaigns, budgets and ad content are subject to the policies and approval of Google and Meta respectively. ACT Web Space acts as the manager of these campaigns and cannot guarantee specific results, rankings or returns. Third-party service charges are payable by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

ACT Web Space shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or business opportunities arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Content Accuracy

We make no warranties that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. While we strive for accuracy, any information related to our services is provided "as is" for general purposes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within seven (7) days. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
